“The delivery is so slow Phileas Fogg could have delivered it faster. The tracking is beyond a joke, it doesn't really track, it is shipped and then nothing. For the few pounds saved it is not worth it, I wish I had bought from a more reputable supplier. The email I sent asking for a refund hasn't been replied to. So really, do not use these charlatans, unless you are happy for another century to roll round before your items arrive.”

“Shipping times are elusive. Website claims 7-10 days. Item was ordered December 16th and arrived January 12th. Customer service was helpful and provided tracking numbers. Package left Germany then went through Korea. Item was received undamaged. This makes me wonder how easy a return would be.”

“Very poor customer service; not to be trusted. Bought a saddle from them and tried to return it. Couldn't access the online return form as it claimed I had nothing eligible to be returned which was not the case. Contacted them by e-mail and was twice told returns details would be sent to me but received nothing, since then my e-mails have not been responded to. Even if I was to receive the correct information from them I wouldn't now trust them to provide the refund once I returned the saddle. Won't go near this company again.”

“I’m rating this site a 2 because of how long it to get the tires (over a month) and also the description said black chili compound and I ended up recieving pure grip compound that being said next time I’ll pay a few dollars more and buy locally.”

“Assortment of hard-to-find (in the U.S.) bicycle accessories available at very good prices w/ free shipping. Package was slow to ship initially (apparently an in-stock item wasn't?) but international shipping once begun was fast, and shipment arrived well-packaged and in good shape. Thanks!”
