“Ordered product on July 13th and have not received it yet. Have contacted bicyclehero.com with no response at this time (it is now August 2nd) and website said 7 day shipping. I received this request for a review with a message to "let them know if item hasn't been received". Of course it's a "do not reply" email so bounced back.”

“I received the product and it was well packaged etc. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product for my pedals (ordered the after 2014 version when I should have ordered the pre-2014 model) so I can't test it out but it does seem like a great and easy to use product.”
