I never received this. It was during Covid 19 so I understand that delivery was delayed, but this company took 2 weeks to respond to each email and then I got two emails saying the different things (one that the item had been send and another that I had been refunded). Yet the refund never appeared. I have been ripped off by this terrible service!

Absolute disgrace off a company, sent multiple emails with no response and after waiting a full month had no choice but to get a full refund via PayPal, would highly recommend to avoid at all cost.

Sorry to delay the delivery. It is still waiting for EU custom clearance in Amsterdam. Because of corona, all traffic is needed extra handling time. We will update the UK local tracking information soon.

Sorry to delay the delivery. Your order is in Amsterdam for EU custom clearance. Because of Corona, the process takes much longer than standard time frame. We will update the DHL tracking information soon.

When you placed the order, you can see the app delivery time. It is still moving at the cargo. You can get it in a few days.

The wrong item was sent to me. The packaging is also terrible. This store do not accept replacement and admit mistakes. I have a terrible experience. This store should never be used.

Sorry for that. Unfortunately the item changed the package. However it is the same as you ordered. And we can accept the returning. Please send us the item to our return office in RMA form.

I have been very disappointed with your customer service. Please review my email trail. I contacted them probably 6 or so times and never had my questions answered. All I would receive back was a generic response telling me they would respond within 24 hours and I never heard back. Fortunately, the glasses came today and they are fine. Very poor customer service. It is as if they are not really there or concerned.

Sorry for that. Because of Corona, our team cannot work in full time. A few members are working at the office. Now we are recovered from the impact. We will be back to normal soon.

According to the tracking information, it was delivered. Sorry to delay the delivery. Because of Corona, all traffic was delayed a few weeks. Now EU are recovering from the Corona Damage.
