“Sewoong was the only supplier I could find who would shop the product I wanted to the UK. Ordering was quick and communication was good. The follow up to check I have received the order was appreciated. The order was delivered quicker than the predicted date. 8 days from South Korea to the UK given the current situation with Covid-19 was good.”

“Ich hab mein bestellung gemacht am 24. 5.2020 und bis jetzt 23.6.2020 ist nicht gekommen!!!Habich sogar mich dreimall gemeldet aber ohne antwort!!!Des sind betruger!!!Kann mir jemand sagen wie krieg ich geld zuruck?Mit VISA bezahlt?”

“The delivery was slower than accepted and promised. There were communication issues, like telling me that the product was shipped but actually it was not. Eventually, I did received the merchandise. The communication needs to be improved”

“FINGER weg !!! Ich habe Anfang Mai bestellt und bislang keine Ware erhalten (22.06.2020). Mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde mit Standartmails beantwortet. Eine Trackingnummer habe ich auf wiederholtes Nachfragen NICHT erhalten. Mittlerweile habe ich 4 offene Tickets im HelpCenter die nicht bearbeitet werden. Morgen werde ich Paypal einschalten und mir mein Geld zurückholen. Mein Fazit: super gemachte Seite, tolle Produkte, gute Preise, aber nutzt ja nix, wenn die keine Ware verschicken Also FINGER weg !!!”

“I have not received my order and have been uable to get any communication as to where it might be. I emailed several times with no response. However, my husband emailed with a fake enquiry and he got a response straight away. So emails are being read but just ignored. The money was taken out of my account quickly enough but no goods arraive within the expected time.”
