“Order was dispatched one week after being placed and was received as described 3 days later. Although I emailed to check on shipping date I didn't receive any reply until I was notified by SMS that goods had been dispatched and until then was worried by some negative reports on the web. However very pleased with overall time scale particularly as the price was very good.”

“I placed my order, did not receive any shipping info for 3 weeks sent Sweoong an inquiry email to find out that nothing had been shipped. So 4 weeks to ship to receive my goods, too long... Products that arrived were as advertised, but me having to track down my order???”

“I was a little dubious about ordering from the Far East but any fears were unfounded. Delivery was exactly as stated, communications throughout were excellent and the item arrived safely and well packed. “When I placed the order I didn't realise the company was outside the UK. However the estimated delivery time was shown as 5 - 10 working days and sure enough my order arrived on day 10. If I had know the goods were coming from abroad I may have thought twice, but I need not have worried. The item arrived within the stated time, is exactly as described and was a good deal cheaper than other sites. With free shipping! I will use them again. Only reason I haven't given a higher rating is the length of delivery time. But offset that against the saving in the price.”

“I got sent the wrong rack. Ordered a front giant lite rack and got a rear instead . I already have a rear rack. Too hard and too many $ to send it back. I'm unlikely to shop here again.”
