“The goods were paid for and a communication was received to say delivery would be within 14 days. Nothing arrived in this period. When I asked to get a refund I was told they would look into it. Two days later I was told the package was in Amsterdam. I repeated I wanted the order cancelled and raised a case with paypal. I received a refund within 2 days. Sure, the prices were low, but delivery speed and communication was so poor I would never use again. Waste of time.”

“I ordered my Deda bike stem on June 28 and received it Aug 1. Communication was poor and I had to contact the company multiple times to obtain a tracking number and to determine if the part was even shipped. I am a DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !”

“The bike light I ordered arrived fine and was exactly what I expected. However, it took 10 business days to arrive from overseas. I originally chose bicyclehero.com because they listed an address in the U.S. and I thought it would just be domestic shipping and only 2-3 days.”

“The item I purchased was to be delivered in 7 - 14 days. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THREE WEEKS LATER ! It's now been 30 days since my purchase and i'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE DISHONEST !”

“Received my order just fine. Took about three and a half weeks from South Korea to California as expected considering it was an international order. Great company. Just be patient with your order, stop sending them email every week asking for the status of your order or when you will get your order.”
