“The action camera I ordered was shipped within a few days and delivered within about 3 weeks. I was able to track the package as far as New York but not from there to my home about a week later. Not bad considering the cost savings.”

“The order was placed 13 of August(Nr. 100022425). So far despite the promise no mail confirming shipping is received. Two support tickets are submitted with little or no information what's going on. Poor communication by mail. Will try the phone today and if any progress will let you know.”
