“I would like a complete refund for my rear view cycling mirrors as they are not fit for purpose. I cen only see my knees and legs. I have sent an email to your comapny about a refund but it has boced back! Can you let me have the address for returns please. Kind regards Peter Coulcher”

“Sewoong International was the only online shop I could find who still had the superb Profile Design Razor Carbon aero-seatpost. Due to the possibility to pay via paypal, it was shipped quickly. But at least for overseas shipping, it is better to take a carton as a packing.”

“I placed an order 20 days ago and have seen neither hide nor hair of it. At this point, I am not certain if this simply poor service or an outright scam. The order included shipping at $9.99 which indicated 5-8 working days.”
