“The seat never arrived. I was just notified by the recipient (in Sao Paulo Brazil) that he still hasn't received it. I ordered it on April 6 and paid extra postage fees for tracking, and it still has not arrived on April 25.”

“I ordered the B&M Ixon IQ Premium light with rechargeable batteries and charger from you. So far, the batteries will not accept a charge. I am trying to figure out if the problem is with the charger, the batteries, or the light. I'll let you know what I find out and how we can resolve this issue.”

“I ordered a MTB tyre from Bicycle Hero. It arrived in good condition and it was the correct product that I ordered. The only downside was that the order took 30 days to arrive to Australia from Korea, when the website indicates 10-14 days delivery. Bicycle Hero customer support responded within 24 hours when I emailed them to ask why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good service, but slower shipping than promised. If they improve dispatch efficiency then I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Thank-you.”
