I just book the shipment and they gave proper tracking updates, India team are very responsive and I have requested them to hold my package for a month because I had to travel for work and they kept the boxes in the Mumbai warehouse till I confirmed them to deliver which they have connected the next day to my location. I will recommend and will use this service to ship again.”

“Extremely poor service.
I sent two boxes from Boston, USA to India. They didn't update the status of my box for a month, then when I reached out they reported that they lost one box. When I already declared my box value to be $800 each (total $1600), they still said they will just give me $100 for the lost box. Later when I asked them to at least send my second box they said they have lost it too. Its been over 2 months since I sent my box using there service, they have said that they lost both my boxes and never communicate with me how they are going to compensate me for it.
Its one fraudulent company, stealing stuff in broad day light. Basically steal costly stuff and return $50 to $100 in compensation. Even that they do not return.”
