I had a deeply disappointing experience with SFL Worldwide. The customer service staff Punit and Krunal were shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns or helping resolve my issue, they were dismissive and condescending, making the situation even more frustrating. When I called for clarification about a shipping delay, I was met with hostility and interruptions, as if my questions were an inconvenience. At one point, the representative even raised their voice, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting. I expected courteous and helpful service, especially from a company entrusted with international shipping, but this experience was the opposite. Given their attitude and lack of respect for customers, I cannot recommend SFL Worldwide. There are plenty of other shipping companies that value professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind with your shipping needs.

Except mattresses all other appliances, furniture including leader sofas were damped in water during the shipping and spoiled beyond usage. Electrical appliances (Washer and Dryer) got dents, broken control panels. Probably mishandled in every stage of shipping, soon after we handed over the goods from our home from Irving, Tx to shipped to India.

Please do NOT trust this company. I’m currently having a nightmare after weeks of trying to get my boxes they arrived all ripped and torn. All my thing smashed to pieces. I’m currently trying to get my refund for the damages but it seems the call center is in India and they are refusing to refund me 3,600 pounds worth of damages.

After ALL my possessions were smashed in boxes using this company I filed a claim with Fedex, however SFL also filed a claim (without my permission) which meant that they received all my claim money, close to 4k. SFL Worldwide did not notify me of this, Fedex did. So now they are holding all my funds. With no return date.... this is criminal

My experience with SFL Worldwide has left me deeply troubled and profoundly disappointed. I entrusted them with shipping my valuable goods, only to have them allegedly stolen while in their possession. The package I sent contained costly electronics items in 1 box and some household goods in 2nd box of significant personal and monetary value. Despite taking all necessary precautions and following proper shipping procedures, 1 package having electronic goods was mysteriously disappeared en route within the distance of 31 miles and later was claimed to be lost while the other box with household goods like clothes and toys (with lower cost) was delivered successfully. What's particularly distressing is the lack of accountability and transparency from SFL worldwide. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about the whereabouts of my package, I was met with evasive responses and a complete unwillingness to investigate the matter further. While I understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process, the apparent theft of my goods is an egregious violation of trust. I find it deeply troubling that a company entrusted with handling valuable shipments would fail to ensure their security. I strongly urge anyone considering using SFL worldwide to think 1000 times. Trusting them with your valuable possessions is a risk I wouldn't recommend taking. Later they would offer $30 after stealing $800 worth goods and write an apology. Further disrespectful is to receive a mail to release that $30 by asking for an underwriting that the issue will not be reported anywhere neither shall it be posted on social media. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. If anyone needs a details on this fraud I can provide the entire documentation related to stealing of goods. Further i can even say that most of the positive reviews are paid and they have a dedicated team to maintain good reviews. Also i could understand that there are many people who had went through this trauma. Pros: • None worth mentioning. Cons: • Alleged theft of goods. • Lack of accountability. • Poor customer service response • Looting the customers goods • Fake promises and misrepresentation by sales team

I have been with sfl from 2015 to till now I never have any kind of issue if I had it , its been resolved by punit Manchanda he is always quick to respond and my shipment go both ways USA to India and India to USA never have issue , one of whom I can trust …I would really recommend sfl services….

Harassment, delays in shipment, lost and damaged goods, and no compensation! Worst moving experience ever: This post is for those people who are considering SFL as their service provider for transport of their household goods. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I used this company to transport my belongings from Dallas area to Mumbai this year. Before you make a decision of your own, this is what you should know about so your expectations are right. 1- SFL states that they provide the service from Door to Door, but you should not get carried away by that. It only means that they will get a company to get the goods from your place, and use a company to deliver goods to your destination place. Between these two, most of the activities are beyond their control. For example, if you ask them reason for delay, they will mention that it is the shipping company that decides this. They basically use the cheapest shipping service. You can not plan anything based on that. 2- They oversell: When the sales person will contact you, he will state that there is no backlog currently, and we will get everything to your door within 2 to 3 months. In my case, i was told that my goods will leave Houston harbor on the 17th of March. In reality, they kept it at the port and it left in April. Again, I was told that it was Shipping Line which decides the dates. In fact, for everything, they keep on putting the responsibility on some other party. 3- They lost part of my shipment. Worst of all, in order to pay compensation, they ask the client to give an undertaking that he/she will not go to social media and write about them! For no fault of the customer. The pot calling the kettle black. 4- They are refusing to pay compensation for goods damaged in transit. This is when the sales agent did an inspection of my goods and stated that it was packed very well already by me and did not need any further packing. After the damage has been detected, the same sales agent is giving other excuses. 5- When I told them that their customer service was pathetic, they started pointing me to the contract! Wow. I had planned my international travel with sufficient margin based on estimate at the time of booking, which I had to cancel. But they have no empathy for customer's situation. 6- Beware - when the boxes were dispatched to the destination address, their delivery company started asking me money! I told them I had paid for Door to Door delivery. I got calls repeatedly from them and was told to pay money! I was shocked. I told SFL representative that they can, in fact, pay to their vendor. Eventually, they did not pay to the vendor. I kept on getting calls from the vendor the entire day. 7- They do not update any status on their website. When you contact them, they will reply and then change the status on their website. 8- If you want to escalate or talk to someone responsible, they give the email ID of some Mr Shah, who seems to be a non-existent entity. He never bothers to reply to any mail giving a feeling that he cares a damn about you being a customer. 9- After the goods were cleared in customs in Mumbai, they took more than 2 weeks to deliver goods to another address in Mumbai. I was told they were having "connectivity issues". I asked them that the only business SFL is in is moving goods, and they are having issues with that business! So overall, bad selling, no responsibility on their side, delays at the port of origin, transit and delivery, loss of goods, pathetic customer service, no link to any responsible person and no empathy regarding customer's situation. If you can take a risk with your goods and want to bang your head following up with them, then sure, use them.

Great job done by SFL worldwide. I would like to thank SFL worldwide for the service they provided. I relocated to India and had to ship all my stuff and I was searching for a shipping company with good rates who can ship my items to India. Finally, one of my colleagues gave me a reference that SFL worldwide can do this job at a better rate and they gave a good service. My colleague received the cargo a month ago and they are very happy with the services. I got Mr. Mukesh contact number from my colleague and I contacted him directly, he has assisted me with such better rates and we closed the deal. Mr. Mukesh has helped me a lot on how to pack the boxes to avoid any repacking charges. All I had to pay for the repacking was just for the furniture and TV since those have the chances to be damaged and I agreed as advised by him. He gave me better rates compared to all the other quotes I received from other companies. All the documents had been asked upfront, at the day the container was picked up Mr. Mukesh did connect to their destination team so i could check with them from time to time. The job went smoothly and I did not need to check with them for the tracking updates since they did update the tracking at their websites which makes it easier to keep track of my shipment. At the time of arrival Mr. Prashant from the India team has contacted me for the documents they need for clearance. They asked for all the documents upfront to avoid delays which I gave them on time. They keep me updated till the day they schedule the delivery for my items. I am happy with their destination team as they have helped to disassemble the items. It was a great job done by SFL worldwide, I am satisfied with their work and service provided. I am glad I chose their service and I would definitely suggest using their service again.

I had a great experience with SFL worldwide. I had a total of 120 packages which included TV, furniture, household goods and my friend recommended SFL worldwide as they have shipped with them and advised they had a good experience. I chose SFL worldwide to ship all my goods to India as I moved back to India after 13years. I requested a quote at their website which the sales representative called to confirm all the details, after giving them all the details of the goods they finally gave me the quote of the 20 ft container they advise to use the 20 FT container and the service is from Door to door. SFL arranged the movers to pack the items needed and finally it was packed and shipped on time. The rates were convenient compared to other shipping companies. I finally chose SFL and as they advise on how to pack the goods to avoid damages, we did it all. In all the process at the origin the operation team was very helpful, they kept on checking from time to time if the packaging went good. I am impressed with their work. Finally after the container was picked up, the documentation team called for the documents needed and they helped and completed it right away. I did not have to call them or check if they would need anything since they had checked and told upfront what would be needed at the origin and at the destination. The container finally arrived after 3 months and 1 week before the container arrived. SFL India has called and asked for all  the documents they need to clear the goods. SFL has picked the container on time and they did deliver as per the service we have signed off on. I am quite impressed with their work and I am happy with their service. I would advise to use SFL worldwide to all my friends and family. I would like to thank them as well for the service they gave and for helping from origin till it gets delivered. At first I was scared to ship the packages since it is my first time shipping the goods but after I got a call and after they let me know what would be needed and what should we do to ship it made it easier for me to pack the items and to hand them over to them for shipping further.

I would like to thank SFL worldwide for shipping my goods from the USA to INDIA without having any issues. SFL worldwide has provided a great service everything was smooth from the pickup till the shipment got delivered. The sales agent were responsive, in a very short time, they could send the movers to pick up the packages, and then it was delivered to their warehouse in Dallas, TX and it was loaded in the container and ship to India. The tracking was updated properly in the website which I did not need to worry and after the shipment reached India, their team was quick to complete all the paperwork, and finally, they did schedule the delivery which was delivered properly. I would love to use SFL worldwide again and I really appreciate the service they provided. EXCELLENT WORK!

I am very happy with their service, they shipped my 65" Tv and 9 boxes and it was delivered in a proper manner. The sale agent has advised opting for wooden crating to avoid any kind of damages. I have agreed and ship to India at very convenient rates. I am impressed with their services and their management. I would recommend to all my friends and colleague to go with this service.

I would like to thank SFL worldwide for delivering my boxes in proper condition. I just book the shipment and they gave proper tracking updates, India team are very responsive and I have requested them to hold my package for a month because I had to travel for work and they kept the boxes in the Mumbai warehouse till I confirmed them to deliver which they have connected the next day to my location. I will recommend and will use this service to ship again.
