I had a deeply disappointing experience with SFL Worldwide. The customer service staff Punit and Krunal were shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns or helping resolve my issue, they were dismissive and condescending, making the situation even more frustrating. When I called for clarification about a shipping delay, I was met with hostility and interruptions, as if my questions were an inconvenience. At one point, the representative even raised their voice, which is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting. I expected courteous and helpful service, especially from a company entrusted with international shipping, but this experience was the opposite. Given their attitude and lack of respect for customers, I cannot recommend SFL Worldwide. There are plenty of other shipping companies that value professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction. Avoid this company if you want peace of mind with your shipping needs.

Except mattresses all other appliances, furniture including leader sofas were damped in water during the shipping and spoiled beyond usage. Electrical appliances (Washer and Dryer) got dents, broken control panels. Probably mishandled in every stage of shipping, soon after we handed over the goods from our home from Irving, Tx to shipped to India.

Please do NOT trust this company. I’m currently having a nightmare after weeks of trying to get my boxes they arrived all ripped and torn. All my thing smashed to pieces. I’m currently trying to get my refund for the damages but it seems the call center is in India and they are refusing to refund me 3,600 pounds worth of damages.

After ALL my possessions were smashed in boxes using this company I filed a claim with Fedex, however SFL also filed a claim (without my permission) which meant that they received all my claim money, close to 4k. SFL Worldwide did not notify me of this, Fedex did. So now they are holding all my funds. With no return date.... this is criminal

My experience with SFL Worldwide has left me deeply troubled and profoundly disappointed. I entrusted them with shipping my valuable goods, only to have them allegedly stolen while in their possession. The package I sent contained costly electronics items in 1 box and some household goods in 2nd box of significant personal and monetary value. Despite taking all necessary precautions and following proper shipping procedures, 1 package having electronic goods was mysteriously disappeared en route within the distance of 31 miles and later was claimed to be lost while the other box with household goods like clothes and toys (with lower cost) was delivered successfully. What's particularly distressing is the lack of accountability and transparency from SFL worldwide. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about the whereabouts of my package, I was met with evasive responses and a complete unwillingness to investigate the matter further. While I understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process, the apparent theft of my goods is an egregious violation of trust. I find it deeply troubling that a company entrusted with handling valuable shipments would fail to ensure their security. I strongly urge anyone considering using SFL worldwide to think 1000 times. Trusting them with your valuable possessions is a risk I wouldn't recommend taking. Later they would offer $30 after stealing $800 worth goods and write an apology. Further disrespectful is to receive a mail to release that $30 by asking for an underwriting that the issue will not be reported anywhere neither shall it be posted on social media. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. If anyone needs a details on this fraud I can provide the entire documentation related to stealing of goods. Further i can even say that most of the positive reviews are paid and they have a dedicated team to maintain good reviews. Also i could understand that there are many people who had went through this trauma. Pros: • None worth mentioning. Cons: • Alleged theft of goods. • Lack of accountability. • Poor customer service response • Looting the customers goods • Fake promises and misrepresentation by sales team

Harassment, delays in shipment, lost and damaged goods, and no compensation! Worst moving experience ever: This post is for those people who are considering SFL as their service provider for transport of their household goods. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I used this company to transport my belongings from Dallas area to Mumbai this year. Before you make a decision of your own, this is what you should know about so your expectations are right. 1- SFL states that they provide the service from Door to Door, but you should not get carried away by that. It only means that they will get a company to get the goods from your place, and use a company to deliver goods to your destination place. Between these two, most of the activities are beyond their control. For example, if you ask them reason for delay, they will mention that it is the shipping company that decides this. They basically use the cheapest shipping service. You can not plan anything based on that. 2- They oversell: When the sales person will contact you, he will state that there is no backlog currently, and we will get everything to your door within 2 to 3 months. In my case, i was told that my goods will leave Houston harbor on the 17th of March. In reality, they kept it at the port and it left in April. Again, I was told that it was Shipping Line which decides the dates. In fact, for everything, they keep on putting the responsibility on some other party. 3- They lost part of my shipment. Worst of all, in order to pay compensation, they ask the client to give an undertaking that he/she will not go to social media and write about them! For no fault of the customer. The pot calling the kettle black. 4- They are refusing to pay compensation for goods damaged in transit. This is when the sales agent did an inspection of my goods and stated that it was packed very well already by me and did not need any further packing. After the damage has been detected, the same sales agent is giving other excuses. 5- When I told them that their customer service was pathetic, they started pointing me to the contract! Wow. I had planned my international travel with sufficient margin based on estimate at the time of booking, which I had to cancel. But they have no empathy for customer's situation. 6- Beware - when the boxes were dispatched to the destination address, their delivery company started asking me money! I told them I had paid for Door to Door delivery. I got calls repeatedly from them and was told to pay money! I was shocked. I told SFL representative that they can, in fact, pay to their vendor. Eventually, they did not pay to the vendor. I kept on getting calls from the vendor the entire day. 7- They do not update any status on their website. When you contact them, they will reply and then change the status on their website. 8- If you want to escalate or talk to someone responsible, they give the email ID of some Mr Shah, who seems to be a non-existent entity. He never bothers to reply to any mail giving a feeling that he cares a damn about you being a customer. 9- After the goods were cleared in customs in Mumbai, they took more than 2 weeks to deliver goods to another address in Mumbai. I was told they were having "connectivity issues". I asked them that the only business SFL is in is moving goods, and they are having issues with that business! So overall, bad selling, no responsibility on their side, delays at the port of origin, transit and delivery, loss of goods, pathetic customer service, no link to any responsible person and no empathy regarding customer's situation. If you can take a risk with your goods and want to bang your head following up with them, then sure, use them.

Extremely poor service. I sent two boxes from Boston, USA to India. They didn't update the status of my box for a month, then when I reached out they reported that they lost one box. When I already declared my box value to be $800 each (total $1600), they still said they will just give me $100 for the lost box. Later when I asked them to at least send my second box they said they have lost it too. Its been over 2 months since I sent my box using there service, they have said that they lost both my boxes and never communicate with me how they are going to compensate me for it. Its one fraudulent company, stealing stuff in broad day light. Basically steal costly stuff and return $50 to $100 in compensation. Even that they do not return.
