“They did not make their 1-2 to ship out. They created the label to ship on the 3rd day. Then was going to take a week to ship to my house so their shipping method is not fast like some other say. Once I reviewed them on the BBB website they got mad and retaliated and canceled my order and stopped my shipment that was already on the way. Owners are very sensitive people.”

“Had what I wanted at a reasonable price. Ordered bulk 6.5 Grendel on Tuesday & received on Thursday. Package arrived in excellent condition, heavy box packed in styrofoam. I read all past reviews and noted that majority was good. I also noticed many ordering/shipping issues can be eliminated by reading the "frequently asked questions" before ordering.”
“Horrible customer service. When you order from them they have a special instructions portion of the order form online. I requested and listed very specific instructions to please not include a written invoice with the amount spent as to avoid drama with the wife if she were to get the delivery. What do these dumb OKIES do? Bout a giant invoice on the outside of the package for everyone to see!!! And of course drama followed in rapid succession !! Fast delivery but they are true BLUE FALCONS who don't give a dn about the customer.”
