“I bought x2 chainsaw chains as the one that came with the chainsaw lasted a couple of hours before it wouldn't cut.
Supposed to be next day delivery, waited nearly a week and ony x1 chain was sent. They say the need to check cctv records. I have not received the 2nd chain I paid for. Job delayed nearly 2 weeks and upset clients. Very poor customer service bordering on rude.

And I had a lot of problems with it
first da heghe trimming part wouldn't work and a da start core snaped so there replaced them after a week of calling and emailing them
and now da chainsaw part is nt cutting properly & da now it just stop working while I was working with it a really bad company

“Ordered a motorcycle lift after contacting them and confirming costs to deliver to my postcode. Made payment for extra carriage and placed order online. Later that day someone else within their company cancelled the order on the grounds that they don't deliver to my area - talk about a lack of internal communication ability!
I sorted it out on the phone the next day, the order was re-instated. It then took over a week for delivery (unacceptable, sort out your couriers!) and no contact from SGS despite requesting a tracking number and courier details more than once!
The lift itself - once here - seems to be of reasonable quality and works well, although there is a minor issue with the foot pedal travel limiting bolt, which is fitted at the wrong angle to work correctly, and is lacking in a locknut to secure the bolt and prevent it vibrating in or out.
Not so good, however, is the moveable vice (wheel clamp), which is designed to be moveable within slots on the bed to facilitate a wide range of front tyre widths.... well, it's a good idea, until you weld a steel bar across the underside of the slots, resulting in only 5mm of adjustment instead of 50!
Also, my moveable vice (wheel clamp, but I suppose it's translated from chinese somewhere along the lines.....) has been manufactured incorrectly, causing it to apply uneven pressure to the front wheel when in use. I have contacted SGS about this, and as usual they have failed to respond! I will go down the route of lodging a formal refund request via my credit card company if I have to, and just go buy the Clarke one from Machine mart instead.......”
“Customer service non existant. Claim they can't telephone you the customer as technical don't access to outside telephone lines and can't use there mobile do to gdpr. On going problem which just need technical to talk me through a problem but SGS coudnt care less.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

it's a replacement unit send to me with a big delay, number of alleged delivery days - no shows, no contact from SGS Engineering UK explaining/updating me on the situation,
number of email and unsuccessful phone calls - their customer service is non existing but theytake their sales calls in seconds; really substandard, unprofessional service from SGS engineering UK, I will not be buying from them ever again. The replacement unit was *I suspect* delivered to me only two days after my last email stating that if I don't receive my replacement tool ASAP, I will be contacting The Trading Standards UK in relation to the above.

“I bought a trolly jack less then a year ago the jack doesn’t lift it’s just enough to get wheels of the ground and looks like it’s leaking. SGS have sent me many things like top up the fluid, air purge the jack I have done this and it’s the same... I have contacted them again and there not willing to help or do anything...
Stay clear of there trolly jacks there not worth the money. I would of been better to buy one of Amazon. Very unhappy 😞”

I purchased a 3 tonne jack 1 year ago used 20 times and now it’s unable to pick up 5kg!! Terrible company with the worst customer service I have ever come across no guarantee at all SCAMMERS , 4 weeks of lies has tipped me over the edge!!!
