“Arrived 2 days after the next day even though I paid for next day delivery. Contacted the company and was basically told 'tough'. Very poor customer service. Will not order again.”

Hello Louise, We are very sorry that your delivery was delayed in transit, I have read through the customer service emails sent and can see there was difficulty in posting due to the incorrect shipping details being provided at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to intercept a delivery once this is in the hands of Royal Mail and with your postal address having 2 postcodes we do expect this to be the reason for your late delivery. “Absolutely beautiful item with super quick delivery. Only mention would be the packaging - I bought a Katie Loxton bag as a gift and it was supplied with a gift bag but only packaged in a plastic bag so was a bit damaged in transit.”
