Hello Jo, I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delay with your order, I have looked into your order placed and this is showing to have left us on the 27th November for shipping and onward delivery. Usually a standard Royal Mail delivery would take up to 3 working days to arrive with our customers. Unfortunately at the moment we are aware of a delay with a small amount of parcels due to restrictions in certain areas and many postal workers having to isolate, however please be assured that your parcel is in transit and Royal Mail have extended their delivery hours to the late evening to try to keep deliveries within the expected arrival dates. I ordered a Joma bracelet and received it very timeously. However I was not happy with the bracelet and emailed customer service. A very nice man called Martin emailed me back very quickly and was extremely helpful. I have returned the bracelet and am awaiting contact regarding a replacement once you receive my return.

Looking into your order I can see that this was dispatched by us on the 26th November, this has been processed on a standard Royal Mail delivery which typically takes up to 3 working days to arrive with customers, meaning your order was due to arrive on the 2nd December. Please accept my apologies for any delay you may have experienced so far, unfortunately at the moment Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays due to the current situation, many postal workers having to isolate and travel restrictions. So lucky to find the bracelet, I'd trawled the internet for, at Shades of Time. Super fast delivery too. Will have a very happy daughter on Christmas day.

Gave 3 stars due to flimsy packaging. Delivery was very good, however packaging not sturdy enough to protect the cracker, damage to one side, decided to keep as jewellery item was undamaged and just stuck a bit of sellotape to repair damage. Only improvement suggested is to use more sturdy packaging for item to be prestige during transit.
