“Katie and the service have been second to none! I'll take ownership and admit to my own stupidity when I ordered an item that was too small but that was no problem to Katie, who by the way, has the patience of a saint. In no time at all, we'd arranged the item to be returned and the new one on it's way. Thank you for the fantastic response, impeccable service, great communication and regular emails keeping me on track all the way. Highly recommend :D”

“Bought 2 Hot Diamonds Large Heart Filigree Locket DP669 necklaces as Xmas presents, but was a little disappointed with the size of the diamond. Can only be seen with a magnifying glass, really hoped it would be more prominent particularly as the box has Hot Diamonds on it. However, the actual necklaces and pendant design was quite nice.”

“There was a delay in the delivery of my earrings so I emailed the company. I received a reply almost immediately and was assured that my earrings were on the way and that the delay might be due to the postal service. The earrings are beautiful!
