Hello Sahida, Thank you for ordering with Shades Of Time. Your order is showing to have been dispatched by us on the 27th November for shipping and onward delivery to you. With your order being upgraded to a Signed for delivery which typically takes 3 working days to arrive this was due to be delivered on the 2nd December, however I can see that this actually arrived on the 5th. I'm very sorry for the delay you had received with your order, I am aware that Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays due to the current situation, a higher volume of online ordering and travel restrictions. However they have informed us that they have extended their delivery hours to be delivering until the late evenings to try to catch up. I can see that your order was dispatched by our team on the 27th Nov, this being placed on a standard Royal Mail delivery taking up to 3 working days to arrive, this was due to arrive with you on Wednesday. “Very pleased with my purchase. The necklace came with a nice gift box, certificate of authenticity and presentation bag. The price was competitive. Took a little bit longer than expected to arrive but these are COVID times so no problem with me.”

Hello hollie, Thank you for ordering with shades Of Time. I have looked into your order and can see this was dispatched by us on the 26th November for shipping and onward delivery. with your order being processed as a standard Royal Mail delivery this would typically take up to 3 working days to arrive, this meaning that your order was due to arrive with you on Tuesday. I'm very sorry for the delay you have received so far with your order, unfortunately in this current time Royal Mail are experiencing some small delays with a shortage of postal worker due to many having to isolate and travel restrictions, however please be assured that your parcel will arrive with you shortly as they have assured us they are working extra hours and now including evenings to have parcels delivered in good time.
