“I have been the owner of Hot Diamonds for a number of years so know the quality of the product is excellent and had no hesitation to buy beautiful Tender earrings as a present Small but classy. The packaging is lovely but I stupidly cut through the ribbon of the gift bag whilst opening the package. The company quickly sent a replacement at no charge. So excellent product and excellent company. I highly recommend both. Thankyou very much.”

“Excellent service.Also I inadvertently cut through the ribbon on the gift bag when opening the package.I requested a new one and it promptly arrived. I was bought a Hot Diamonds bracelet and earrings several year ago and the wearable quality is superb so I had no hesitation to buy Tender earrings as a gift. Small, beautiful and such good value. Thankyou!”

“Unfortunately, I have not yet received the product about which I can write something. I think the customer service is good, especially Katie, with whom I correspond about my product. That's the only reason I put two stars.If not for Katie, I put one.I still do not know about the delivery, since there is no complete information week after dispatch.
