“I ordered my item on the 26/08/2020 and paid next day delivery and after 10 days had still not received my order. I requested a refund which they said they would look into and I’m still waiting.”

“Ordered gloves as a gift for my aunt's 80th bday. Delivery was supposed to be within 3 working days, they took 9 working days days to arrive. I sent an email and got no reply, had to call up on 2 occasions to find out where my order was. The gloves are lovely but delivery wasn't the best.”
