“Purchased various items online and when collecting they were beautifully packaged. One of the items purchased I had to cancel prior to collecting (baby gift but found out the recipient already had what I had bought unfortunately). The staff were so helpful and accommodating and refunded me with no qualms. Its such a beautiful shop and I enjoy shopping there.”

“I Was due to receive a parcel in time for Christmas. I did place the order quiet late I think it was the 21st or 22nd of December. But your delivery schedule stated that if I used the next. Day service my parcel will arrive on the 23rd December. I used this service trusting it would be here on the day stated but did think it may come on the 24th due to delivery company's being over run at this time of year. But non the less I expected it before Christmas because I was informed it would be here in time. It was not. I could of visited a store to purchase what I purchased, but trusted in shades of time. Big mistake. Lucky my other half is understanding and also had other gifts to open.”
