“Wasn’t received when should have been put not a fault of shades of time. Customer service were very good in trying to resolve. Royal Mail did eventually deliver my items. I would definitely recommend shades of time”

I have checked on the status of your order and can see this was dispatched on the 28th October, with a Standard Royal Mail service this take up to 3 working days to arrive.
