“I have placed a lot of orders with shades of time because they provide a big range of good quality jewellery, keep me in touch with progress by e mail, and when something I ordered went astray in the post they didn't hesitate to replace it. Also to top it off, because I had placed a few orders, they sent me a gift.”

“I wanted a Bellroy Take Out wallet, an item that wasn't in stock at Shades of Time (SoT) or even at Bellroy themselves. Whereas SoT kept me informed of the stock situation, Bellroy didn't although they'd promised to do so. SoT even advised when it would be back in stock & an estimated delivery date to me. In fact, having ordered on that basis, my wallet actually arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Not only that, I was given an extra discount for my patience. Now that's what I call service & sets the standards for other online businesses to emulate. Not only was it well done, it was done well.”

“I was so pleased to find this site as the only jewellers in Swanse who stock this product have a very limited selection and I love it. The service was excellent , delivery was spot on and what's more I got a discount. If I have a concern it is the fact that the parcel is marked jewellery with a value on it but understand this is a customs and excise requirement. Will use this site for all future purchases without a shadow of a doubt , roll on my anniversary!!!!!”

“Great store, ordered a wallet with 10% discount and free shipping to Italy, lowest price even lower than Amazon. Only a minor problem the item was shipped a week late because the only one they had was defective and they had to receive another stock (at least that's what was told to me). All in all i'm definitely satisfied with the purchase.”

“A nice simple purchase procedure, and always nice to receive 10% off the cost of anything. Small niggles were that the parcel was signed for by the wife, whom it was bought for. No problem except that the outer packaging has the price and the company name on it so it wouldn't be difficult to get a fairly good idea of whats inside. I hope she puts on her 'surprised' face when she receives it! I was also a little disappointed to not receive the black drawstring Ti Sento bag which came with all of the other bracelets that we have purchased from the range. Still, a nice item at a good price with really good delivery. Thanks.”
