“I ordered a Katie loxton bag which I have purchased a number of before as gifts from various websites and they have always come with a Katie loxton gift bag, when my order arrived it didn’t come with the gift bag, I emailed and left 3 or 4 voicemail messages and nobody ever came back to me. Poor customer service, gift bag aside.”

“Just a couple of weeks after buying a necklace from here the clasp on it completely gave out. Like the spring has come out of it and everything. Replaced chain with a different one I found on ebay, but I was surprised at how poor quality it was. The pendant is nice though, a shame really.”

“Bag was out of stock for a couple of weeks after I ordered but I was emailed and asked did I want to wait or get a refund. This was fine and then 2 weeks later the bags did come. I returned part of my order and was told I would be reimbursed the postage costs if sent proof of postage which I still haven't had 3 months on.”

“Delivery was longer than advised and despite emailing and trying to phone company to ascertain when item would be received, got no response. You can keep your 10% discount for writing the review as I wouldn’t use your company again.”
