“I really love their products. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything feels great and snug but not restrictive. I have 2 camis and a couple bras What I really love is I got a pair of undies in the wrong size and they didn’t make me ship them back in the exchange and said I should just donate them 😊 How awesome and what a great reduction for shipping and a greener footprint”

“I got the scoopneck cami, it helps smooth out many lines and contour my body, makes me feel confident in my dresses. While it is hugging my torso, it is very comfortable to wear. I wore it during a summer vacation with my family, and it was breatheable throughout the 24 hours. When I had a problem with my order, ie. package not receiced, needing an exchange, Shapermint representatives tried hard to help me. They asked questions to clarify my needs and proposed solutions which made me very happy.”

“I received my orders quickly and found both the shorts and camis comfortable. I can wear all day without feeling like I’m wearing shape wear and they definitely provide a smooth slimming silhouette. Excellent and I’ll certainly try other products as needed.”

“No replacement, no credit, no refund, no response. I initially thought the products were good overall. When I needed to return some items due to ordering the wrong size, I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to keep the items and offered a store credit. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the store credit, I encountered significant issues. The online Shopify form wouldn't accept the discount code, leading to a frustrating email exchange that dragged on for over a month, and then the code expired. Despite their promise to refund me, the refund never arrived. After following up, they apologised, citing 'a slight hiccup with the process of your refund,' and assured me they would reissue it. I've been following up the refund between May - August but to date, I have received neither the refund nor any response to my follow-up emails.”

“For many years, I have worn underwire bras. I have recently been trying to find a bra that gave me support without an underwire. I got an online from Shapermint and checked out the ones they were advertising. They are awesome and so comfortable! I especially like my new sports bras!”
