“Service as always, is with a smile. A rare thing nowadays.
Currently, 3mm mdf is my go-to product for lasering, but will soon be ordering a number of 3.6mm ply sheets.
I'm even allowed to cut them on-site, as they won't fit into the car as is. Something Wickes, Homebase & B&Q do not allow. Thanks guys.”

“We purchased 12 door blanks, one of which was bowed, but this was only noticed a few weeks later when we tried to install it as a sliding door. We wrote to them but they refused to replace or refund the item because it was beyond 2 weeks after purchase. Very poor customer service.”

As part of our commitment to quality, we encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery, with a 14-day window to report any concerns or request returns. We also want to clarify that, per our policy, we cannot accept returns or offer replacements for items that have been used in any way. In this case, it’s been nearly two months since delivery, and the door blank was already cut by the time we were notified, making it ineligible for replacement.
It’s also worth noting that the remaining four door blanks from the same order did not present any issues, which reinforces our confidence in the quality of the materials provided.
We understand this may be frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience. We value your feedback and will continue to work on making our policies as clear as possible for all customers.
