As discussed during our phone call, we provide kerbside delivery, and customers are responsible for offloading their orders. This policy is clearly outlined on our website to ensure transparency. However, our driver went beyond this policy by helping you offload and carry the materials into your home, even though they are not insured to do so.
Regarding the materials, one board had a slight chip, which can sometimes happen during transport or handling. After reviewing the images you shared, we offered a 10% discount as the board was still in good condition and usable. Our goal is always to resolve such issues fairly and to your satisfaction.
