“Absolutely upset with this evening !
I go to petrol station all times of night always greeted lovely for years same lovely gentleman .. this evening on my way home requested cigarettes the reply what do you want. Asked again. Politely and for two drinks ! I have never complained in my life but attitude of the cashiers response rude and disrespectful sorry but I never complain I’ve actually taken time to write this so there is something a miss ! Rushing me what do you want I pointed to the items and then still questioned for me to repeat a 3rd time for my cigarettes ! His reply are these em !!! All impatiently. 30 years of attending won’t be going again made me feel discomfort and uneasy ! When I come to the business to purchase .. the motto is be kind angry people is not tolerated !”
