We purchased 3 seat settee and 3 chairs which 2 are recliners but we just can't move the recliners and the casters are making big dents in the carpet. Is there anything like cups to put under the casters to make them more movable and to stop the awlful dents on the carpet Thank you
My husband and I have just purchased the Koswick suite in material Oatmeal. On reading your booklet for care of the upholstery, where you indicate that the crushing of the material is not a fault, surely material cannot mark like it has been wet on where one has sat. It looks disgusting and this is on every seat where one has sat for a minimum period. I have brushed it lightly and have also tried to smooth it out. It is making the suite of three weeks old look like 10 years old. It is only my wife and I in the house and therefore the suite could not have stained or got dirty, which it looks like, Please tell me what I can do about this.
