"I affirm all the negative reviews. Booked and paid for 1-3pm slot. By 4pm still no driver and customer services could not locate him. When they did he lied that he was here albeit my CCTV clearly showing not. Re-booked for 7-8pm. A repeat with no show, no accountability from customer services and no cares to assist. Essentially told me it\u2019s my problem they can\u2019t assist me! Do not use. The rating on their website is fake. Focus on independent ratings"

"Unacceptable company pay the extra get a decent removal c ompany caused \u00a3800 of damage to TV s month old and unit they out upside down , helpdesk useless taken a month to come back and say the only arrange drivers it's in t&C's which u get after uve paid .. it's the drivers responsibility they won't ring back when u do get InTouch can't remember .. and cut u off complete joke Randolph Allotey destroyed ours turned up in a transit van to do house move 5 hours late after 3 hours moving 10 items did the rest myself shift promised partial refund for lateness nothing 4 weeks later stay away , how can a company take on people who won't accept responsibility for there actions and don't care about people's belongings and how about installing a two part cabinet upside down causing the scratches below needs sacking"
