“The service was excellent. Oven was delivered when we were told it would be on a day that we chose. The oven was very well boxed. The oven itself is amazing. It took me a long time to choose an oven and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It heats up really quickly, has 2 grills, super easy to use and it looks great. I would recommend this oven to anyone!”

“Bought a chimney extractor hood but the chimney section was dinted. Customer services were very helpful and arranged a replacement part to be delivered the next day. It arrived and was in worse condition than the first due to inadequate packaging. Again customer services were excellent and replaced the part however this caused a 5day delay due to their delivery midday cuttoff and the weekend. I would rate 1 star for quality but 5 for customer services picking up the pieces. I would use SIA again but only if I have time on my hands.”

Hi, Sorry for all the inconvenience caused with this order, we do open every box before shipping to repack to try and avoid any damage during delivery but sadly accidents do happen. “I ordered a sink. I was contacted by customer services where I was able to give instructions on delivery. The item came well packed and within the time estimated. Great service. Great price. The sink is fitted and fabulous. Yes I will defo be shopping here again. Thank you. A very satisfied customer”

“Very pleased with not only product but service as well. It was a quick next day delivery. Gas hob I exactly as described and expected. A lot cheaper than the nearest comparision and is working great. Great looking, great working, can't find anything that I could write against it.”
