“Very quick and easy ordering and delivery”

“NOT RECOMMENDED. Paid extra £30 to have it delivered it by a certain time. The driver came around at 7.30 to deliver it. Delivered it to neighbours because it was quicker than waiting for me to respond even though I rise at 6.00 a.m. everyday (a lifetime habit). Neighbour left for work so I did not get the item till late evening,which by then, it was too late. Now I have to pay to return an unopened and unwanted item which costs £70. It will cost me about £20 to return it hence I will have lost £50 for nothing. What was worse, there was never anybody on the customer service helpline and their attitude in emails was, take it or leave, in other words, tough. NOT RECOMMENDED.”

“Delivery was very swift. Have yet to install it on Wall but I have plugged it in and tried the electrics and everything seems fine. Like the edge lighting and able to choose red ,green or blue,looks good.”
