“Excellent communication and fast delivery, would recommend Only problem was with the carrier, who appeared to have moved premises without notice, therefore when we went to collect our item from their depot which was 16 miles away, they had moved out overnight”

I can only but apologise for the small issue with the courier, We do work quite closely with them and knew nothing of that either. Happy that you have the item and are happy with it though! We look forward to hearing from you in the future for any kitchen appliance needs.

“Excellent price and free delivery .. Purchased to replace a branded more exspensive model. This preforms better . The only downfall is that the lights are at the back of the ectractor so it's not very usefull .”

“I looked all over for a black cooker hood at a reasonable price and found it at Ship it Appliances. Even more remarkable, I ordered it on the Sunday evening and it was delivered on the Tuesday morning!! Excellent customer service.”

“An estimated delivery date/time would be helpful. I was not at home when first delivery was attempted and as this was Friday I was unable to contact until Monday consequently did not receive goods until Tuesday. Leaving with a neighbour an option.”
