“Whilst unfortunately the appliance was delivered damaged in transit, they arranged for the item to be replaced without quibble and extremely efficiently. I'd definateley use them again.”

“Goods dispatched as mentioned, however would be helpful if the delivery window could be given, either "am" or ."pm" on the day. Many of the Internet business do it!!.”

“The sales person I spoke to was very helpful in making sure I ordered the right part. Only issue we had was installation instructions and instructions on the extractor, regarding the position of lever for internal or external venting, were opposite. With trial and error we got there. Very unclear as to how to fit the extractor hose. Again we got there somehow. That would have been very useful.”

“Ordered a cooker hood with a glass canopy. Arrived in time but canopy was smashed and lying in bottom of box Phoned ShipitAppliances and after sending a couple of digital photographs a replacement was shiped next day. Courier's issue so good turn around for 2nd delivery”

“Delivery of my new Hop was excellent. It arrived very quickly and the packaging was brilliant. The job itself is really nice but there was some paint on one of the knobs which I had a job to get off and the pan supports don't seem to have come out of the moods very well as they have defects in them but for the amount of money that I paid for the job, I suppose I couldn't expect perfection. I would definately buy from Ship it appliances again”
