“Excellent service, good quality sink at very competitive price. My fitter couldn't believe how much I paid for it. No problems fitting it. Prompt shipping and I was particularly impressed with how I was kept informed and updated on the delivery time. It arrived bang on the given time.”

“Ordered 12/10/2017 but advised on 17/10/2017 your order is due to our warehouse by 27/10/17. Then advised the delivered to PowerDirect would be W/C 6/11/17. Chased for an update to be told, Unfortunately this model is still out of stock both with us and our suppliers. Cancelled the order (took a number of days to even get a confirmation let alone the money back). Ordered the day I cancelled with PowerDirect from AO and it was delivered the next day.”

“Called the day after my order had been placed as per the instruction to change the delivery date (no option to chose date at check out). It was confirmed that the date had been changed. I asked for a confirmation email but told they dont do that. Just after 3pm I received and email stating item had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day- not the following week as arranged. Failure to take delivery on the day would incur hefty re-delivery charges. Retailer only open until 4pm so was not able to make contact.”

“The first cooker hood that I ordered went wrong when the motor stopped working in less than a year, but with a 5 year guarantee on parts and a 2 years guarantee on labour,I called customer services and requested that one of their engineers call and fix the poker hood. The reply was we do not employ our own engineers, but outsource the work, and the customer pays for the visit. I reminded the person who I was talking to that I had a guarantee on parts and labour. Instead I was sent another motor, this was installed and again stopped working after less than 12 months. Another telephone call to discuss my faulty product, I requested the an engineer call to rectify the problem. The same reply we do not employ engineers but outsource the work and you have to pay for a call out charge, I reminded the person who I was talking g to that I was still in the guarantee period both for the appliance repair and free labour charge, in my opinion the seller is not abiding by what they promise. I was offered another motor, I again requested an engineer to call as per the advert .Later I was offered a complete new cooker hood, this was delivered the next day. Why does this company offer free labour when they cannot provide engineers from within their own company. It is best to purchase a known brand from a company that can provide engineers during the guarantee period.”

“The advert for cooker hoods included in the wording 5 year parts guarantee 2 years labour guarantee. When my cooker hood motor stopped running, I telephoned and requested an engineer to call and rectify the problem. I was informed that the company do not employ engineers, but sub contract the work, I was also told that I would have to pay the engineer . I pointed out that their advert states 2 years free labour. I had to accept delivery of a new motor or nothing. The motor was delivered the following day and installed in the cooker hood, in under 12 months on e again the motor stopped running . Another telephone call to the seller, I again requested an engineer to call , I was told the same story as before and a I was offered another motor, this time I complained and asked why they were offering 2 years free labour when they did not employ repair staff, I was then offered a new cooker hood. Next time I shall purchase a branded make ,. Not. A Chinese Import.”

“The speed and tracking of the delivery were excellent. they made it so easy for me to work around the delivery time with up to date tracking narrowing the delivery window as it got closer. The price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend to anyone”
