Purchased SIA AGE91BL 90cm 3 Colour LED Edge Lit Black Angled Glass Cooker Hood Extractor. It's looks brilliant, stylish, does get greasy when frying and takes some cleaning/polishing after use. The buttons to operate it may be an issue if you are less than 5ft 5 tall as they are high. Also the glass front closes using magnets. After just 12 months use they have broken. I have had to buy two replacement parts for two clips that may go again within the same time frame as they are made from brittle plastic. Disappointed and would choose a different extractor next time. However customer services were helpful today and managed to rectify. Just disappointed at the cost. I did email ship it appliances when originally purchased as the unit had two scratches on it but I never received a reply and patched it up myself as I wanted to use my new kitchen.

I have had three cooker hoods , all failed to work after less than 12 months, when I required the free labour during the first two years I was told that I would have to PAY. I am disabled and now have motor number four plus capacitor to install, when I spoke to a member I asked if the capacitor was wired for starting. Reply I do not know. If it is a Capacitor start motor, then surely it could be a failed Capacitor why the motor will not start. I cannot recommend this product

Ordered 12/10/2017 but advised on 17/10/2017 your order is due to our warehouse by 27/10/17. Then advised the delivered to PowerDirect would be W/C 6/11/17. Chased for an update to be told, Unfortunately this model is still out of stock both with us and our suppliers. Cancelled the order (took a number of days to even get a confirmation let alone the money back). Ordered the day I cancelled with PowerDirect from AO and it was delivered the next day.

Called the day after my order had been placed as per the instruction to change the delivery date (no option to chose date at check out). It was confirmed that the date had been changed. I asked for a confirmation email but told they dont do that. Just after 3pm I received and email stating item had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day- not the following week as arranged. Failure to take delivery on the day would incur hefty re-delivery charges. Retailer only open until 4pm so was not able to make contact.

I had emailed Ship It Appliances to ensure that my delivery would not arrive on one day of the week specifically as there would be no-one at home. They assured me that it would arrive the following day, which it didn't. It arrived on the day I specifically requested that it did not. The delivery was left outside my garage door, in full view to anyone walking past with no signature taken. I had a note saying the delivery driver had obtained a signature from next door. They were also out and had not signed for my delivery. Luckily it was not raining on the day of delivery otherwise I would have ended up with a very wet package.

Sink different to advertised one. Still waiting for refund over a week after return.

I tried to change the sink wich I brought(60£)to a granite one (worth 150£) but I find out that I have to pay for the return sink wich is at lest 15£..i thought that I'm gonna return it free of charge since I'm gonna buy another sink wich is more expensive than the first one..not very happy with the outcome..I would never buy from this company again!!

Tracking information did not work. Badly packaged sink. Colour much lighter than the picture on the website, misleading in my opinion.

Instructions for installation aren't ve4ry clear and fixings are inappropriate.

Item was not delivered on the requested date, phone calls and emails were never answered. Item itself is fine, but would not choose to use this supplier again given the issues.

The gas hob arrived and although looked ok, had a fault that meant one of the burners wouldn't light. We informed the company who instead of suggesting a replacement or refund, instead wanted a third party to inspect and repair the hob at a cost to us of £70 which would be refunded if the fault was genuine. Luckily a friend of ours is a gas safe engineer and he rectified the fault for us, otherwise this would potentially turned into a battle. Wouldn't use the company again.
