“During the shipment they lost thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings and refused to refund, credit or take any kind of responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.”

“Everyone I spoke to: Steve and Sean and Sam, the driver were wonderful. They communicated with me in a timely manner and were available if I had any questions. Since Wilmington, NC was sorta out of the way for most drivers, I met Sam in Raleigh and he was great. We met in a convenient location and the car was transported to California in a weeks time. Sam was able to meet my daughter on the designated day and I can't say enough about the whole operation. Would highly recommend them to anyone transporting a car.”

“We had a pickup in South Carolina and delivered in California. It was picked up on a Saturday July the 1st with a scheduled delivery date of July the 7th. They called July the 4th and said they would be delivering on the 5th, two days early.”

“I had signed up to use another service that was supposed to pick my car up on June 24 but in June 23 they emailed and said a carrier would pick up June 27, but I never agreed to that date. I was in a panic and scrambling to find someone who could pull through last minute. SYCN said they would find someone and would call me back. They did and my car was picked up on 24th as promised and delivered 2 days later! Moving is stressful enough as it is so I was. Dry disappointed in prior company but very happy with SYCN who alleviated one stress of moving. Thank you SYCN”

“I was told the car would arrive on 2nd or 3rd at latest. The car arrived late night of 3rd. Called Truck driver couple of times but he never gave us ETA and he tried even meet us at the truck station instead of Door to door. We were so frustrated from start to end. It was teribble experience.”

“I had a bad experience with another transport company .They promised they would deliver on the day we needed . I got so upset my husband took over .and called ship your car spoke to Sean lent and he took care of our situation and got our car shipped within 24 hours.Thank you so much for everything.I will recommend the company and Sean thanks again Elizabeth Savage”

“Vehicle was delivered in perfect shape. The driver that was used was excellent. In that I think my shipment was initially forgotten and it was not delivered on time due to SYCN not the driver.”

“i initially contacted this company regarding a quote to germany. when i decided to use another company, a guy by the name of ron, started harassing me and telling me the company I'm using was a scam place. this turned out be untrue and all lies. i checked with the federal maritime commission and it turns out that this company are the scam artists. be careful and be warned”
