“This compnay hired a driver who damaged my vehicle and has lied and we were told the driver was not insured. Then why would you hire him! On top of that, we are still waiting to get reimbursed for our out of pocket expenses of 5k. It’s the worst experience. I still have not been paid from the drivers insurance. It’s been almost a year. Horrible!”

“I paid to have my car shipped in an enclosed trailer ! It was in fact shipped on an open car carrier ! The transporter stated that there were 34 dents/scathes/marks on my car ! I inspected my car with a flash light and a magnifing glass and none of the marks were there ! The Jackass sent me a picture of a HUGH MALTI-ENCLOSED TRAILERS THAT HE CLAIMS DELIVERED MY CAR ! None of the business owners ever saw that mamath trucks in the alley !”

As you can see from the attached photos, your car was delivered in an enclosed trailer and the damages you are complaining about already existed, check the attached Bill of Lading for reference. “It took some time to get that truck here. It came clear from New Hampshire and the worst weather ever across the country. I was happy to see the truck and the driver and his truck all in one piece. The driver was very nice. The truck was pretty dirty for an enclosed trailer transport but no worries there. All in all, it was a great experience, and turned out very well.”
