“My cargo was delivered in a timely manner and without incident. My only complaint is that the two drivers spoke little to no English. I had to speak to a translator over the phone. But they were nice, professional, and seemed to know what they were doing. I would definitely use National Transport Services again.”

“Due to several mechanical breakdowns our vehicle transport was late leaving our home pick up location and late for the original suggested drop off date. Other than that, our driver was a very personable and thoughtful gentleman. He was very good at contacting us throughout the trip to include the mechanical delays. Thank You! David Robinson”

“Your service was very professional and I had no problems with the logistics. My only issue is in the communications with the driver. I am NOT being prejudice when I say the drivers english was difficult to understand. Too many times I had to have him repeat what he was saying. He was very nice, but his communication skills lacked.”

“You guys did a fantastic job from Memphis, Tennessee to Riverside California. It was in a timely manner. Also, I would recommend you again which you did bring another car from California to Memphis for a friend of mine not a part of the year last year.”

“The shipment we received from your company was very well in regards to us needing a vehicle at the time. There was somewhat of a over-charge due miscommunications in the 1st pickup. I still feel it should been avoided? Nether the less, the transport started back with no further delays.”
