Made a mistake with the shipping address and reached out immediately after putting the order into to adjust the address, and they wouldn't adjust the shipping address, giving some corporate automated message basically telling me to go fk myself.”
“Ordered t shirts and dry fit in royal blue, started seeing blue on my walls doors etc.
Found that the shirts are bleeding everywhere followed all directions to wash properly and still bleeding blue !!! Becareful what color you buy or everything will turn this color if sweating then you may break out on your skin also.

“ShirtMax twice cancelled my order and then disabled my account. My first order they requested a copy of my drivers license and when I didn't respond quickly enough they cancelled my first order. I re-ordered, and this time they requested a copy of my credit card, a picture of the front and back of my card. No explanation as to why. When I pushed back and requested why they needed this information they cancelled my order and disabled my account (!!!!) I have NEVER experienced this before in my life. To make things worse, after I submitted my license the first time, I had fraudulent charges on my credit card (again, this has never happened to me before either). I was willing to let the first event go (requesting a copy of my license), but after getting the fraudulent charges, and them asking for a picture of my credit card, front and back - that was a hard NO. When I tried to reach them there is no number to call. I emailed them and they provided no explanation, just that my account is disabled. THE WORST!”
“I ordered 4 Gildan sweatshirts in xs……that is my usual size. I washed them before wearing and they shrunk to a toddler size……I contacted the company and they refuse to allow me to return them. They are poor quality and obviously defected. My credit card company is now handling the dispute. Never again…..beware…..these Gildans are fake”
“Ordered shirts for our Youth flag football team, paid extra for fast shipping, received the first package full of shirts that wasnt ours, got with them and returned them. It has been 3 weeks now and I have received 5 of the 48 youth shirts ordered and none of the 38 coaches shirts. Paid over $500 for the order, they refunded me my shipping cost, then said UPS did an investigation and spoke with me and I didnt live at my house, I have never spoke to UPS, just an idiotic company and sad they wont refund me for shirts never received, at least not at my house, but it will be on them as I preceed with the legal dept now and itll be on them when all they had to do is refund me for what I never received. Jiffy shirts overnighted my shirts to me to get the uniforms and coaches shirts out, Shirtmax is joke of a company, Jiffy or Shirtspace from here on out.”

“if i could give them no stars i would. This company is literally a scam. I was harrassed by the customer service rep. all day about an order of 20 shirts, that they only sent 3 of... and they refuse to refund or send the rest of the shirts because they keep saying it was delivered. I tore the house apart, looked all over the yard, and begged for the order just be completed. They have no customer service number, and they refuse to transfer you over email to somebody who will actually help you. Not to mention the customer service people have zero reading comprehension skills and constantly repeat irrelevant information while also slipping backhanded comments in the emails as well. Literally for 3 hours i just begged for them to just correct their problem and they refused. After i accepted i was not getting what I ordered I asked for a refund, since they did not send my order, so they stopped replying. Please do not order from this site. They will literally take your money and not send your order, its a scam.”

Once again, I did not order these 8 ash colored shirts nor do I want them. You added them to an order I placed and you charged my pay pal account for them. I want the amount you charged me refunded ASAP. I checked the track number with UPS right now and (9 days have passed) UPS has not received these shirts from your warehouse.
Stop telling me you shipped them 9 days ago, and that I ordered these 8 shirts, I did not order 8 ash shirts and I want it undone and my money refunded ASAP.

“first order with this company. ordered 36 shirts, 6 are not only wrong size but also the wrong color. upon emailing my issue and having to wait for them to respond im replied to with a request for pics showing the wrong color and size. so i stop my business to do so, just for a few hrs later to get another request for a pic showing all 6 shirts. now its end of day and my order that was to be delivered monday will now not happen. they dont seem to be concerned with their customers , so i guess they think we're not concerned about ours. first time and last with this company. should have known when they dont have a phone number listed. lessoned learned. if i could give zero stars i would.”
“Bought some thick tees back in January. Being middle of winter I didn't open the package until March. Unfortunately, the product quality has horrible compared to what I had ordered from them previously. Given I was outside of their 30-day return window, I was out of luck. I asked for a refund or exchange/credit towards future purchase. Their "Issues Dept." replied no to both requests. Paid these people $100 and all I get back was a nameless email conversation from their "Issues Dept.". Whatever happened to "Customer Service". Never again.”
“I ordered a size 2X pink polo shirt. The shirt fit like a size 2! I couldn't even get it over my head. The company issued me a refund for $13.00, even though I paid more than twice that for the shirt. This is lousy quality, and a rip off on returns!”
