“I am a former competitive ultramarathon runner and current competitive cyclist. SHOC sunglasses are the best sunglass I have ever owned. Customer purchased item on the 24th of June after warehouse hours. Selected upgraded shipping to 3-5 transit days. We do not ship on weekends as per our shipping policy outlined on website. Order was shipped on Monday the next business day the 27th. And delivered as per tracking on the 29th of June. That’s 2 business day delivery, and less than the 5 days from when ordered. We have no other emails from customer in regards to an issue with this order. So have no ability to assist any further. If customer would kindly take a minute out of their day to contact us, we will resolve immediately if we’ve made an error on the order. Yes, SHOC is not perfect and mistakes can be made on orders. But we can not assist anyone if we don’t find out first. Thanks
