“The quality of shoes for purchase at The Shoe Gardens is superb, so I always buy with confidence. I have just bought 2 pairs of winter shoes in quick succession. They are excellent additions to my shoe collection. Both arrived very promptly (as I’ve learned to expect from Carol), beautifully packed (which positively demands a ceremonial unboxing), accompanied by a handwritten personal note and a whimsical wee giftee of lollies. Carol, I feel as just as well treated by you online as I do when I am face to face with you at the shop. Your customer service is second to none. Thank you!”

“What can I say, I am so glad that I was finally able to purchase some gorgeous shoes in my size from The Shoe Garden! I just opened up my new pair of shoes and am delighted with my purchase. The thought and care from Carol and her team with the carefully wrapped box, the personalised card inside and the little sweet treat is truly evident. If you have larger sized feet and need new (or pre loved) shoes in your size, look no further than The Shoe Garden. Carol and her team are passionate about what they do and this truly shows! “I adore these summer sandals in sage. Such beauties. The footbed and crossover straps, fabric are a dream. Marshmallow soft and comfortable while maintaining fresh fun elegance and style. Delightfully, the soles are wonderfully slip resistant as well for plenty of safe twirling! 💖 Loves!”

“Shopping for shoes can be a tiresome experience, BUT not at the Shoe Garden, just ask for what you are looking for and Carol will find it for you. There is lots of variety and something to suit everyone. It is the only place I shop for my shoes now!”

“This is one of my favourite stores to visit because of the range of shoes available, the staff are so friendly and excited to help find the size I'm after, explain the layout and any sales. It's just such a fun experience. The shoes are pretty and fun, and the pre-loved is done really well. I have so much fun when I visit, it's comfortable and makes me so happy when I walk out with all my new shoes.”

“Dear Carol, when I saw your website I knew I would come to the shop even though it's at a distance. For me, I wanted to try them on before I purchased. I am a size 12 and my self esteem has been dented in the past by well meaning but insensitive comments from traditional shop assistants who don't know what it's like. My experience in your shop was refreshing and I saw that there are options. You gave me space to think about it and service when I needed it. I love the way you've decorated the shop and understood that we (the size 12s of the world) want beautiful shoes too. I love that your dog keeps you company, she is so well behaved:) I came away with 2 pairs of shoes which I feel very good about. I've bought cheap shoes from various places and expensive shoes too and it's the properly fitting ones that I value thank you I'll be back Anna”

“I like to visit the shoe garden as often as possible, though shop online if needed. I have awkward feet to fit and Carol ( with the assistance of Princess’s supervision) has always come up with beautiful and well fitting shoes. Gone are the days when I have had to wear ugly or men’s shoes. I love Shoe Garden shoes.”
