“‘The Shoe Garden’ is my happy happy place!! It it just lovely to know that I can purchase fashionable and beautiful shoes for any occasion with ‘gold star’ customer services that is both effortless and enjoyable. I particularly love the range of funky shoes that Carol stocks, awesome and playful.”

“I wish I could rate The Shoe Garden and Carol's service more than 5 stars. Carol always goes above and beyond for her customers. My husband bought me some shoes as a surprise and he said out of no where how helpful she was. Thank you for looking after us all.”

“For many years I have relied on Carol & CC to provide a shoe for every occasion - work, social, formal and recreation and I have never been let down - shoes of every description - colourful, fun, practical, impractical and comfortable but never ever boring! AND if that wasn't enough your instore experience includes patting a glorious dog AND getting lollies with every sale! It is truly a little slice of heaven on earth!”

“I love The Shoe Garden - not only for the beautiful, colorful and funky shoes for long feet like mine, but also for the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. Carol provides the ultimate in personslised service. She not only remembers your size, the shoes you’ve bought in the past, your favourite style/colour, she also stays back or opens a bit earlier to accommodate my schedule. I’d give Carol and The Shoe Garden 10 stars because 5 is simply not enough!”

“I’ve always said that because of my inability to buy shoes in my size, I don’t have many shoes. Just recently I realised that this is no longer the case. I feel quite spoilt for choice, even though I live in regional QLD. I love receiving hand wrapped parcels from Carol!”

“When all your life you’ve been told the shop doesn’t have shoes long enough, the Shoe Garden experience is exactly the opposite. It truly is my happy place. Shoes that fit. Shoes that are fun. “Changed my life. I take 11 1/2 or 12 shoes. And could never buy nice shoes. The day I found the Shoe Garden, whacko, game on. And I now strut my stuff (with all the widely catered for small shoe brigade). Move over John Travolta, I'm comin' thru, and don't you dare stand on my pink, leopard skin, red, black or blue suede shoes. Whilst singing "oh Carol". And swinging my ample hips. So Love Carol, CJ and the Shoe Garden. Vote Carol for Prime Minister.”

“I couldn't believe when my partner found me this place few years ago and on the very next day he took me here. When we arrived my eyes lid up and I couldn't believe they have my size. We met Carol and she was lovely. Now I've got about more than 10 pairs of shoes and I'm going to continue to buy more just because😍👠👢👡🥾🥿👟”
