“I ordered shoes which took a week and a half to get and they were a little bit tight so I called customer service and they wouldn't let me go and return them at the store that was a mile away. Wanted me to send them back. So I did that day, it has now been 13 days since they sent me the received email and still no shoes have been sent back.”
“Ordered online. Only received one shoe it was dirty and had a scuff mark. Was told to drive the one dirty shoe to a store an hour away and hope for a refund because the original shoes shipped from a store in idaho. The charge is still on my card for the shoe and i have to waste gas and time hoping my store (an hour away) will refund me…..poor poor poor way of doing business.”
