“This item was a fake. I have yet to receive a reply to my concern and their customer support email in invalid. I’m still waiting on a refund for an order placed in July.”

“Unfortunately the boots didn’t fit bit the Shoefish service was great. I didn’t have to mess about with refunds as payment was not taken until it was clear the product was satisfactory . Will definitely use again”
