“Love Shoon shoes, but terrible on line delivery experience. They need to change the company they use for deliveries to one that is more user-friendly for people who work full-time. It was really hard to get the shoes delivered to me”

“I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately I can't wear either because the heel slips so much, I think because the design of the heel is not deep enough. I have tried everything, heel grips etc but still uncomfortable. Although they have not been worn outside of the house, and I was away on holiday when they were delivered,I think I have left it too long to return them.So a waste of £73.99!”
