“Good website easy to use. Unfortunately I needed to return the boots, again easy, took to a shop where I was served by a lovely professional girl and came out with a new pair of boots.”

“Very prompt service. I ordered 2 pairs of boots in the sale, one of which I was very pleased with as they were a perfect fit and very comfortable, a real bargain. I had to return the second pair as they didn't fit very well and it was a very easy process to send them back.”

“The sizing seems to be funny. The shoes are too big, but I have been told sizing has changed. I don't know. As a new Shoon customer this was disappointing, but now I know. This is how internet shopping works, so once you have found your fit you will become a loyal customer.”

“Since Kingston shut down I have to purchase Shoon shoes online, they are great quality and comfortable, i have bought several pairs of work shoes and they have never robbed nor have I had to break them in.”
