“The boots were excellent and great value in the sale too. There was a delay in delivery at their end due to an oversight (which impressively they admitted to) but then all the stops were pulled out for me to receive them asap. Most impressive and friendly customer service. Also, unlike other shoe retailers on line I could mention the boots came with an inspection slip which meant that I didn't get a pair where one was a different colour to the other due to fading. I would highly recommend buying from them.”

“Great service for choosing shoes on line and with a prompt delivery service. Unfortunately my choice didn't quite fit correctly and Shoon offered a simple no-nonsense returns service using a self printed label and the Post Office for drop off”

“This was the first time I have ordered shoes online and I was rather apprensive and prepared to be disappointed. However I was pleasantly surprised when the smaller pair (6) fitted perfectly. The shoes were exactly as I imagined. Return of the larger pair was not a problem taking them into my local post office. I would be more than happy to recommend Shoon to friends and cannot fault the service provided.”
