“I ordered a pair of boots from Shoon online on 13th December and heard they had been dispatched on the 16th. I was told delivery would take place between 16th and 21st December so when they had not arrived by then, I contacted the help line. The person I spoke to to was extremely helpful but discovered that the boots had been delivered to the Shoon depot in Wells (whilst addressed to me); I am not sure how long they had been there. She said she would send them out that day (22nd December) but I would probably not receive them in time for Christmas. They are not a Christmas present but I had wanted them to wear over Christmas so am extremely disappointed. I have always enjoyed shopping in Shoon but this episode has rather put me off.”

“On buying a pair of shoes ringing twice about were there are, got them on Christmas eve I hope still waiting to see them turn up, it is a Christmas present for by daughter very very important , did order 9 days”

“You delivered the wrong style of footwear, though the documentation that came correctly described what we had ordered. When I rang you about this, I was dealt with courteously and promptly. You arranged for a courier to call the next day to exchange the wrong pair for the correct ones.”

“The boots were excellent and great value in the sale too. There was a delay in delivery at their end due to an oversight (which impressively they admitted to) but then all the stops were pulled out for me to receive them asap. Most impressive and friendly customer service. Also, unlike other shoe retailers on line I could mention the boots came with an inspection slip which meant that I didn't get a pair where one was a different colour to the other due to fading. I would highly recommend buying from them.”

“The shoes I ordered - Shoon Isabella in Elba Blue - arrived within 3 days. They are lovely and soft and exactly like the photo. Though I normally take a size 37, to be on the safe side I ordered size 37.5 so I was a little surprised to discover they are just a tad too small but as they are so soft I am hoping they will stretch if I wear them around the house for a few days while wearing socks.”

“Great service for choosing shoes on line and with a prompt delivery service. Unfortunately my choice didn't quite fit correctly and Shoon offered a simple no-nonsense returns service using a self printed label and the Post Office for drop off”

“I had ordered a size 40 yet was sent a size 41! Not what you need. Am now in communication with Soon for a refund having returned the boots. The communication is there which is easing the situation.”
