“Shoes arrived next day, 2 pairs perfect. 2 no good. Short telephone call, answered immediately, no ridiculous press button 1.2 or 3. Return label arrived in the post the following day. Great firm to order through, very efficient, good value, would recommend to everyone.”

“Although there was an error in the original delivery the customer service manager was unbelievably efficient in resolving the issue both in terms of speed and keeping us informed. Mistakes can happen. but the true mark of service is how well issues are resolved.”

“I really like shoon styles and shoes, I have 4 pairs. But the latest pair of sandles I have just returned were not a good fit, usually a 7 is great. This particular Sandle my foot would not go through to the end of the shoe, my 17 year old daughter whom is a 7 could not get her foot in she has slim feet. Was disappointing because I really like the style. S Evans”

“Order placed 31/7 and as yet no item delivered. Now 9/8. Contacted Shoon and ambiguous replied eg 'will try and look in to it'. Have had to chase them all the way so far. Unusual for a web trading company as they usually sort problems very quickly.”

“I ordered some lovely Josef Seibel shoes online but sadly their fit was too narrow for me. I was delighted at how quickly my order arrived and delighted at how easy the FREE return process was. I always look at Shoon either in the Guildford shop or online and sometimes both.”
